Un-named 2

As the stars close
this chapter,
words I will
whisper.
Be still thine wisdom,
if dost wished upon
the fallen when
the temple is life.
Grow in beauty,
as we fade to
light.

Un-named 1

Once in a dream, I sang sweet sounds
of joy.
Sweet to the sun as it rose each day,
calming to the moon as it settled in
at night.
Peaceful to lovers as hands were held,
a softness in each heart was felt.
In my dream I worried no more, longing
to give pleasures I swore.
Happiness was but the thing of dreams,
in reality where ever a place nothing but
screams.
Once in a dream, I sang sweet sounds
of joy.
Could that said dream be only the reality
of minds that wish for more.
For peaceful times songs of joy and soothing
melodies my voice was the key that opened
that door.
But a dream is all I can make in my time
when I wake,
'tis thou wish to sing melodies so sweet,
perhaps one day my dream and reality
will meet.

A Wish

a wish is worth a thousand
kisses deep.
here i ask does love speak
of faint smiles beneath a telltale
sign.
how does love sound if the taste of a
thousand kisses were the emotions
felt as still as the dawn's
quietness.
a wish, be it may a shy touch of hands
passing in signs of eyes held at bay
as madness melts through
beating hearts.
a wish, stillness in the soul between
two bound as they listen for the
sound, how does love speak?
could it be the sound of
a wish worth a thousand kisses
deep.

Factured Mind

A call from the past,
dampens the day.
You think
how that voice made you,
yet
it broke you.
To unforgiving
mind manipulating
gestures you hid
in the darkest
recesses
of your mind.
A voice
that shakes your soul
creating doubts
you felt were
conquered.
Spiraling
into indecisive
regret,
when something
held you there,
forgiveness
shook you loose.
A call from the past,
a voice
you forgave,
a life
you live each day,
Awakened
from a deep sleep,
contemplations of a
fractured mind.

Do Not

Do not believe,
in a world where blindness
is only the darkness we feel,
where pain stands
before you.
Bound with emotion,
we who see the dance
on the eve of the rising storm,
knowing
love is but the feeling felt,
after a heart is broken.
We tell
the tales of yesterday as fresh
as the freshest flowers blooming
today.
In a time when pain stands
before you,
hiding behind a mask of smiles.
You feel pain alone, giving comfort
in songs of laughter, a silent
soul, a hand to touch.
A moment shared, where mortality
is bound by emotions held in
darkness.
Do not believe,
in a world where blindness,
is only the darkness we feel.

Loneliness moves, he is the silhouette
hiding
in the shadows of bending trees
as the branches sway in quietness.
He waits to greet the new night, a
fear grows.
He walks, he feels the sound of footsteps
falling on rain soaked cobblestones,
counting each as fading moments,
forgetful of beginnings an endings.

Curiously he thinks, how many have walked
this path before in loneliness, how many will
tell tales of nightly walks into sadness?
He smells the wetness in the air as
the moonlight shines it's eerie glow,
darting in and out of traveling clouds
as the now finished Spring rains nourish
new life.

Now,
I know why the lonely mind screams,
only to awaken sweating beads of
shame. While lingering visions cling
to fear, a fear so strong a mind crumbles.
A fear of loneliness, as he listens to his
footsteps on rain soaked cobblestones.

Alone,
he slowly fades into the night like the
clouds soaring in the night sky, fleeing
as if on hidden raven's wings,
his mind screams in the darkness.
A fear controls his loneliness, a loneliness
he will embrace forever in the darkness
of his mind. Sounds of his footsteps fade
into the shadows of blackness, forever
gone.
